NEW QUARRY
Kerai Construction Limited started its new quarry in KOLILA village along MOSHI road near Kilimanjaro International Airport.
NGORANGORO ROAD PROJECT
Kerai Construction Limited received the project for the management of quarries for the Makuyuni – Ngorangoro road project at MtiMmoja(NanjaMondouli Arusha) Quarry and Serera Quarry with Konoike Construction Company Limited which originates from Japan. The team completed that project timely by the end of 2002 with a fully tarmac road of 125KM.
RESIDENTIAL HOUSE AND SCHOOL
Construction of residential houses and school in Arusha for our client M.s SOS children's Village & school (an international NGO). The project was successfully completed in 2005.
RECEIVED ARCH OF EUROPE FOR QUALITY AND TECHNOLOGY AWARD
Kerai Construction Limited was awarded the prestigious ARCH OF EUROPE FOR QUALITY AND TECHNOLOGY AWARD at a glittering function held in FRANKFURT GERMANY “. This award is a testimony to our dedication to our work and the tireless efforts of the team. The Award recognizes quality and professionalism along with the significance of the contribution to society. Business initiative direction presented this special recognition award”.
ROAD PROJECT AT DODOMA QUARRY WITH KONOIKE CONSTRUCTION
Kerai Construction Limited received the project for the management of quarries for Manyoni road project at Dodoma Quarry with Konoike Construction Company Limited. The team completed the project by the end of 2007 with a fully tarmac road of 130KM.
ROAD PROJECT AT DODOMA QUARRY WITH KONOIKE CONSTRUCTION
Construction of residential houses and school in Dar es Salaam for our client M/s SOS children's village & school (an international NGO) successfully completed in the year 2008.
PROJECTS OF BUILDING AND REPAIRING ROAD
Kerai Construction Limited was awarded the lead contractor for the projects of building and repairing the road in Dodoma for the Tanzania National Roads Agency (Tan road).
NEW QUARRY PLANT IN DARES SALAAM
Recognizing the growing demand for new construction the board of directors at Kerai Construction Limited in 2008 decided to expand their business in Dares Salaam which was a successful mission with a branch in Mbezi, The expansion included a new quarry plant with state-of-the-art technology in Saleni-Lugoba village in Bagamoyo District.
BUILDING PROJECT FOR ITS SISTER COMPANY
In continuation of the expansion plans the year 2008 included the project for a multi-story high rise building for its sister company M/s Swami Developers Ltd, thiswas a mixed-use project for both commercial and residential purposes. The project was successfully completed in the year 2010.
LUXURIOUS RESIDENTIAL BUILDING
The next project for their sister company M/s Swami Developers Ltd was started in 2011. This was a prestigious project proposed for luxurious residential building - Successfully completed in the year 2013.
TARMAC ROAD OF 53 KM FROM MASASI
Kerai Construction Limited was awarded the project of building a fully tarmac road of 53km from Masasi in the Mtwara Region to the border of Mozambique. Which was successfully completed by the mid of 2014.
PROJECT FOR THEIR SISTER COMPANY M/S HILL VIEW APARTMENTS LTD
Kerai Construction Limited started a project for their sister company M/s Hill View Apartments Ltd, Dares Salaam which was proposed for residential luxurious apartments & villas. Successfully completed in the year 2015.
NEW QUARRY
The Company started its new quarry in Nanja Village Near Mondouli in Arusha.
